BioGen Medical has gained the rightful trust of the Turkish market by providing high quality research and diagnostic kits for many years. Bearing in mind the responsibility of working in the health sector, BioGen has decided to expand its product range with new instruments in 2001. Resistance of the competitors was stronger than expected and the fight for the market share was unfair but the long gained experience in the Turkish market helped to overcome these tough days. More and more high technology instruments are now working in the labs all around Turkey and BioGen gained its place also in this part of the market.

BioGen always keeps the 'Customer Rights' above all and quickly formed an efficient Technical Service Department for demonstration, installation, training and maintenance purposes. Service technicians specialized in 'Biomedical Instrument Technologies' are participating to the training courses in order to keep their knowledge up-to-date.

BioGen Technical Service Teamobtained its certification from the 'Turkish Standards Institute' (TSE). Our experience grows faster with each instrument we install in the labs all around Turkey.
