Stainmate modules are designed so they can pass racks to another staining module, additional dish/bath or drying unit.  Modules can have two additional staining dishes/baths added one at each end extending the unit’s capacity.

A drying unit is also available that can be attached to one end of a module if required.

Stainmate   Max 7 / Max 10

Stainmate Max is designed to take up the minimum bench space with a foot print of only 368mm x 234mm (14.5” x 9.25”) for the 7 dish unit. 

Both the (Stainmate MAX 10) and (Stainmate MAX 7) bath/dish units have large  200ml  capacity staining dishes  and  racks for up to 30 slides (76mm x 26mm). Special racks for larger slides are available.

Stainmate   Mini 7 / Mini 10

Stainmate Mini is designed to take up the minimum bench space with a foot print of only 528mm x 147mm (20.8” x 5.78”) for the 10 dish unit.

Both the (Stainmate  MINI 7) and (Stainmate  MINI 10) bath/dish units have small  38ml  capacity staining dishes and racks for up to 5 slides (76mm x 26mm), which make them ideal for special staining procedures.

Controller

The controller has an LCD display and key pad, designed to be easy to use.
The user has complete control over all aspects of the staining process.Up to 10 different staining processes can be stored and selected. 

The step-by-step programming menu makes it very easy to enter staining procedures.  You simply move through the menu setting times and turning on or off agitation and then choosing the next dish to move to.

Filter

The fume hood is designed to sit behind the StainMate unit and extract fumes through a charcoal filter.  The clear front cover has stay open hinges at the top back edge. (fume hood).
